I have been sewing for 20 years now (thanks to my Mom, Grandma, and Aunt for teaching me)! My passion and skill-set center around garment-making, whether it's for myself or others. As a participant in 4H for nine years, I learned a great deal about garment construction, pattern alteration & making, fabric type & care, as well as fiber arts. I've had the amazing opportunity to work in the Earlham College Theater Department's Costume Shop, as well as for the Richmond Shakespeare Festival where I learned about the theater costuming world.
